Do I need a consultation before treatment?

Yes, a thorough consultation is essential but these are conducted on your appointment day. This allows us to understand your goals, assess your suitability for treatments, and discuss any concerns you may have, ensuring a personalised and safe experience. If however you'd like to just discuss before committing to an appointment please feel feel to book a consultation.

Can you do treatments over previous work

Yes. However, a consultation is important to assess the area and your suitability. Please note in some cases of migration or other complications we have the right to refuse treatment and advise a dissolve your start a fresh.

Do I get aftercare instructions?

Yes, absolutely. Full details of before and aftercare are sent out prior to your appointment and thoroughly discussed in clinic. We want to ensure you have all the information you need for a smooth recovery.

What’s your most popular treatments?

Our anti-wrinkle treatments are incredibly popular, providing natural-looking results to prevent movement lines, unwanted wrinkles, and create a smooth, subtle appearance. Lip augmentation is another favourite, offering natural symmetry, volume, and shape to your lips. It corrects imperfections like a gummy smile or loss of volume, enhancing your face and smile. It pairs well with chin filler for a dimensional, beauty-enhancing look.

Do bookings require deposits?

Appointment deposits are required to secure your booking. Deposits are 15% of your treatment upfront. These are non-refundable but are deductible from your treatment on the day.

Is bruising normal after treatment?

Bruising occurs after some aesthetic treatments such as lips, but its extent varies from person to person. Bruising is completely normal and is your body doing what it should.
We provide advice on how to minimise bruising and what to expect during your consultation or via DM in advance of your appointment.

What advice do you give clients for aftercare?

After your appointment, it's important to monitor the treated area. It's important to avoid the following for 3 days post treatment:

  • Smoking
  • Alcohol
  • Vaping
  • Sunbeds
  • Heavy Exercise

These can affect your results and lead to inflammation, bruising, infection and other complications. Further details in relevance to your treatments is provided.
